Child Labor Policy
At COMERCIALIZADORA E INTEGRADORA DE PRODUCTOS Y SERVICIOS GEMA SA DE CV, we uphold our ethical and legal principles by prohibiting all forms of child labor in compliance with Mexican law. We believe that every child has the right to a safe childhood and healthy development.
Our policy is based on the following principles and commitments:
- Communicate clearly and regularly to all our employees, as well as suppliers, that child labor, in any of its forms, is unacceptable.

Psychosocial Risk Prevention Policy
COMERCIALIZADORA E INTEGRADORA DE PRODUCTOS Y SERVICIOS GEMA SA DE CV INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCIONES RIO SA DE CV, declares its support for the prevention of psychosocial risk factors, the prevention of workplace violence, and the promotion of a favorable organizational environment, and therefore assumes the following commitments:
- It is the responsibility of the director, managers, coordinators, and supervisors to implement this Policy and lead by example.
- No act of workplace violence (physical or verbal) will be tolerated under any circumstances, nor will any incident that fosters psychosocial risk factors or actions that go against a favorable organizational environment.
- To have measures in place to prevent psychosocial risks, workplace violence and thus avoid their adverse consequences.
- Having a fair care process that does not allow retaliation, abusive or unfounded claims, guaranteeing the confidentiality of cases.
- To have and comply with training, information and employee well-being programs.
- Disseminate and make known to all staff the policies for the prevention of psychosocial risk factors and workplace violence so that it is possible to put this policy into practice by everyone working in this organization.
- Create spaces for participation and consultation, where workers can express their ideas and be taken into account.
- Respect the rights of workers; as well as their beliefs or practices to meet their needs related to their race, gender, religion, ethnicity, age or any other condition that may give rise to discrimination.
The principles on which this policy is based are as follows:

B. Work areas and common areas for the worker are kept clean.

D. All cases related to workplace violence (teasing, mistreatment, discrimination, etc.) are addressed and, where appropriate, these are sanctioned.
AND. Medical examinations are performed on newly hired staff in order to ensure and maintain their health.
F. Psychological and/or psychometric tests are performed to place each worker in the position for which they are best suited according to their abilities and preparation.
G. Internal promotion plans are implemented, and all staff are trained for the performance of their duties, their development in the workplace, and their safety.
